Who We Are

COPEMATE is a Bangladeshi humanitarian organizations, committed to helping families in poor communities to improve their lives and alleviate poverty. Founded in March 2008, COPEMATE is working across the country to support health care, fight poverty and rural development. Priority of COPEMATE is to reach to the poor and underprivileged people who needs health care and support. In 2008, COPEMATE started functioning by providing health care support particularly to the poor and deprived patients of the country. Besides, COPEMATE is providing educational support to underprivileged children, and young people in various districts of Bangladesh. In addition, COPEMATE works for the social development of underprivileged individuals, groups and communities in Bangladesh. The success and reputation of COPEMATE Bangladesh are based in the conviction and persistence that one can achieve and conquer all when one really believes in it and dares to work together.

Our work aims to break the vicious cycle of poverty and social isolation and to restore hope for a better future. We believe that every person has the right to access resources and opportunities in order to live and develop with dignity and to become an active and contributing member of our society.

• To provide health care support particularly to the poor and deprived patients of the country.
• To work for the social development of underprivileged individuals, groups and communities in Bangladesh.
• To encourage healthcare development and health promotion.
• To assist in the process of social integration and personal realization of underprivileged children, young people, adults and families.
• To endorse the human rights and in particular the rights of the children, women, tribal people, nomadic group and different occupational group as well as the rights of underprivileged groups and communities.
• To take initiatives to preserve natural resources like agriculture, herbal, bio-diversity, water resource, fish, animal and poultry resource, land and forest resource.
• To encourage and popularize voluntary work.
